Simon Wari

BCom. Finance, Project Management

Mr. Wari has three years’ experience in conducting Market Research for Product Development, Perception Surveys targeting financial services sector, Baseline and Wellbeing Surveys targeting NGOs. He has also participated in offering technical assistance and training, to NGOs, SACCOs and MFIs, as well facilitating their key management process such as strategic and business planning.

He is the head in the Market Research Department.

Morrine Gakaria

Masters Degree in Gender and Development Studies, Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, Government and Political Affairs, Diploma in information Science and Technology.

Morrine has 1 year extensive experience in secondary data review. She has recently facilitated a baseline survey for Caritas Nyeri.

She is currently in the Social Research Department.

Margaret Kariuki

Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work and diploma in Sociology and Social Work.

Margaret has considerable experience in working with vulnerable populations including street families. Has one year experience in conducting field research. She has in the resent past been involved in conducting baseline surveys with Caritas Nyeri as well as well being survey with TraidCraft.

She currently is working as research assistance in the social research department.

Josphat Ondicho

HND Entrepreneurship Development (KTTC) and Diploma in Business Administration.

Josphat has 3years experience in Entrepreneurship training, financial literacy, business planning and primary data collection and analysis:

Josphat was engaged in Wellbeing and baseline survey for Traidcraft Exchange under (Flourishing in Vulnerable Environment) FIVE Project and Country – wide customer and employee satisfaction survey for Stima Sacco Ltd.

He is currently the accounts assistant.

Joseph Wambuki

Joseph MBA Corporate management (KCA) university (student, Post graduate Diploma in conflict resolution, Mediation and Dialogue (Oslo)Bachelor of Arts (UoN)Economics & Mathematics,Diploma in law (Inorero).

Has 12 years’ experience in Market and social research, Microfinance advisory and enterprise development. Mr. Wambuki is a talented Microfinance and development practitioner. He certified trainer by ILO and proficient with WOCCU and Microsave toolkits.

Mr. Wambuki heads both research and business advisory teams at Consumer Trends.
